This year’s conference will feature a range of special activities designed to foster collaboration and build a sense of community among participants. Highlights include:
- Gala dinner (TUESDAY, June 17, 19:30 – 23:00), celebrating scientific achievements in an elegant atmosphere. The dinner is included for speakers and available to participants for an additional fee of €50.
- Guided tour of Warsaw (WEDNESDAY, June 18, 14:30 - 16:00), showcasing the city’s rich history, vibrant culture, and iconic landmarks. The guided tour of Warsaw will include a fee, which will be paid on site by interested participants.
- HIT-GLIO (WEDNESDAY, June 18, 14:30 - 16:00) charity run, raising awareness and support for children's charity foundations. Open to the public, this event offers an excellent opportunity to increase visibility and promote our work to a wider audience. Sponsored by HIT-GLIO - HORIZON-MISS-2023-CANCER-01 project, founded by the European Union’s HORIZON EUROPE programme.
These events are designed to provide all attendees with a memorable and enriching experience, blending scientific discovery with cultural appreciation and meaningful social engagement.
